{"id":447,"date":"2024-04-10T17:38:10","date_gmt":"2024-04-10T17:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sterlingcredentials.com\/HowTo\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=447"},"modified":"2024-04-10T17:51:02","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T17:51:02","slug":"i-cannot-close-my-shift","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/sterlingcredentials.com\/HowTo\/howto\/i-cannot-close-my-shift\/","title":{"rendered":"I cannot close my shift"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This may happen because you have not completed all required items on your skills&#8211;make sure those are all good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other reason this occurs is because your preceptor has not yet responded to the invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have TWO possible solutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, all shifts automatically close in 72 hours no matter what.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, if you need it closed ASAP, just:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Navigate to the <strong>Shift Manager<\/strong> and grab the <strong>Shift ID<\/strong> number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.
