EMS Educators:
“Tracking” is not the goal. Clinical excellence is.

It really is this simple: if we don’t completely exceed your expectations, I will personally refund the last cohort you have with us—no questions asked. —Julianne Stevenson
Doing More than Tracking
EMS educators are overloaded. Our platform serves as that extra full-time employee that you really need but have no way of getting.
We’re the world’s first EMS-EDS (Educational Documentation System). It does more than a mere “tracker” because it is designed by an EMS educator and program director who–just like you–didn’t have enough help.
An EMS-EDS:
- Collects what you need (of course) in a way that obstructs fraud
- Leverages brain physiology to ensure every student interaction builds the same synaptic pathways YOU are trying to build
- Mimics workforce processes to get students accustomed to the requirements of the job.
- Monitors clin/field affiliate relationships
- Carries administrative load (like your own personal assistant)
- And much, much more.
With Sterling Credentials you’ll never fight alone again.
We Get It.

Is it for You or Your Students?
We believe in respecting students, so we’ve built a system which serves both.
Every time students interface with Sterling Credentials, they get educational value.
HOW?
- “See one, do one, teach one”–peer-to-peer skills evals cover all three
- By writing a PCR just like at work–workforce preparation which is especially helpful for EMT students
- Assessment approaches are reiterated with every PCR written
- Every time an intervention is entered on a PCR, critical observations are noted (thus reinforcing those synaptic pathways)
And as an added bonus for faculty, we’re building out everything you’ll need for effective succession planning and program pass-down.
So choose the system built for you by one of you.
