A lone program director, in the early stages of preparation for re-accreditation, was struck a devastating blow in the form of a mortal diagnosis of a close family member.  Despite the fear, uncertainty, and personal stress, accreditation prep simply had to be managed.  The conflict was unspeakably agonizing.

When it was done she was determined to save others from that soul-crushing struggle.  This was her call…no, her mandate to create Sterling Credentials.
