This may happen because you have not completed all required items on your skills–make sure those are all good.
The other reason this occurs is because your preceptor has not yet responded to the invitation.
You have TWO possible solutions:
First, all shifts automatically close in 72 hours no matter what.
Second, if you need it closed ASAP, just:
- 1. Navigate to the Shift Manager and grab the Shift ID number
- 2. Open a Support Ticket, provide us the Shift ID, and ask us to close the shift for you.
