Requirements: Functional Overview
SETUP
is where you build your list of requirements. Each can be categorized as “PreAdmit” or “PreClinical” so that you can actually have two lists–one you expect completed prior to student arrival in class and one to be due at a later date!
REVIEW
is where you’ll navigate once students start uploading their requirements (by default, we will email you as they come in–you can change this in “My Account”).
PreClin Reports
allows you to generate a PDF of the actual evidence for your clinical affiliates. For example, one year the hospital decided they wanted lot numbers on flu vaccines–have students upload here and then generate a PDF with all the images of the lot numbers!
Student Access
Students have a button which says Manage Documents. Upon clicking it, they will be presented with the confirmation and payment page after which they’ll see our straight-forward interface and YOUR well-written clear instructions as to what you need.
Then, uploading shall commence!
