Lost credits?
Seems “off”?
Not what you remember?
Every time you close a shift, Sterling completely rebuilds your SMC. If you click the “My SMC” button too soon, the build is interrupted and you see only partial results.
As your SMC gets more and more full, it is “best practice” to wait 45-60 seconds after closing a shift before checking your SMC.
When your SMC looks wonky, just ask your faculty to reopen a random shift. Close it. WAIT. Then look at it again.
A “rebuild” is ALWAYS our first step in fixing SMC errors!
