You Are Only One Person

EMS Education program directors are misunderstood.  Our admininstrative chain of command expects us to carry a full or almost-full faculty load while managing the program.  They have no clue what is takes to satisfy all of our regulatory bodies…no clue.

EMS Education Program Booster

If you are struggling in a particular area of your program or you would just “feel better” having a knowledgeable review of all your systems, Julianne Stevenson is available to consult.  She’ll clear out the underbrush and note signs of smoke to ensure you don’t end up with a raging wildfire killing your program.

“Your job shouldn’t consume you 24/7.  I understand the stresses, anxieties, and pressures you face as a program director.  Let me ease some of that burden using proven techniques and systems.  You don’t have to do it alone.”

—Julianne Stevenson

She has been in EMS education since 1997–starting as a adjunct lab assistant and working her way up to the director position which she filled for 8 years.  She’s knowledgeable about the CoAEMSP and CAAHEP as that is the one of the main drivers of Sterling planning and development.  She also has a specialized knowledge about the Texas DSHS as that is where she spent her career.

You can get to know her better through Linked In or YouTube.

If you only have a short question about a particular CoA requirement, make an appointment here.

Or you can get the package that fits your needs:

  • First year as director
  • Within years 1-3 of accreditation cycle (CSSR due in two years or working on a Letter of Review)
  • Years 4-5 of accreditation cycle
